CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
The designated delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. (You can change the delivery address for you within 12 hours after placing your order through our customer service)

SHIPPING ORDER TIME
After receiving an order, merchants usually process the order information within 100 hours, but we will process your order quickly so that customers have a better purchasing experience! If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.

Once your order is confirmed, it will take a few business days to process and ship. You will first receive an order confirmation email including your order number. This will be sent to your specified email address. After we ship, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

What countries do you ship to?
Most products can be shipped to US California warehouses, some specific products can be shipped to Canada.  Shipping To Countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Argentina, France, Germany, Italy, Colombia, Peru, Ireland, Dubai, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, Chile, Romania, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam. 

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES:

Note: The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time. We remain committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

And the stock levels are indicated on our website based on stock levels that we receive either from our own or the manufacturer’s warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly. Even though we indicated In stock on our site, it doesn’t mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold.

The lead time will depend on the location of the designated delivery address:（Refer to the following delivery times）
Western United States 2-3  business days
Central United States 3-5 business days
Us East delivery time 3-7 business days

The logistics and transportation time United States and Canada is 3-7 business days.

We offer free shipping for the following countries:  United States, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam.

Standard transportation in other countries: 7-15 business days.

OTHER DELIVERED COUNTRIES/LOCATIONS
With the addition of some shipping fees (those extra charges will be calculated at checkout), we deliver to the following countries: Mexico, United Kingdom, Argentina, France, Germany, Italy, Colombia, Peru, Ireland, Dubai, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, Chile, Romania, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.

Also, due to the different custom requirements for different countries, deliverable countries might change. Please check your email timely to see your order status. We might need our customers to provide the required files for custom purposes or might refund your order due to the timely shipping policies.

CUSTOMS TAXES（US and Canada include taxes and fees）
When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

If import duties and taxes are incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don’t pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 1 week and after that, if you still haven’t paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as an additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.

TRACKING ORDER
After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.

Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This may delay shipment.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.
