


EMPSTORM Return Policy:
Your Empstorm product is covered by a Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, or if you are a Customers of empstorm, from the date of delivery. Should your product have a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period, subject to applicable terms as summarized below, Empstorm, at our sole discretion will repair or replace it with the same model or comparable replacement free of charge, or apply such other remedy as described below.
ETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Within the 30 Day period, if the user is not satisfied with the purchased coffee maker, he/she can return or replace it according to Empstorm’s return policy.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME: 15 business days.
Warranty period and warranty method:
Warranty period: 12 months.
WARRANTY SERVICE:
– The Empstorm coffee maker comes with a 24-month term warranty service. 30 days During the warranty period, if the coffee maker has any non-human damage problems, you can contact the official after-sales service for free repair or replacement (www.empstorm.net).
REPAIR SERVICE:
– Empstorm coffee makers with problems outside the 30-day warranty period can be repaired by contacting an authorized Empstorm repair center. 30-day Depending on the severity of the problem, a repair fee may be required. During the warranty period, EMPSTORM can provide new or refurbished parts for the product, or replace them with new or refurbished products at no cost to the consumer.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
– Empstorm provides a user support service that can be accessed via email or the customer support system on the official website. Customer support can help solve some common problems, provide operating instructions, etc. (Our official website provides FQA answers and user operation videos).
SPARE PARTS PURCHASE:
– Empstorm coffee machine spare parts (such as filter paper / brewing handle / espresso cups, etc.) can be purchased through Empstorm’s official website or authorized dealers, so that users can replace and repair them by themselves.
USER GUIDE AND TRAINING:
– Empstorm provides detailed user manuals and making/cleaning videos to help users better understand and use the coffee maker.
EFFECT OF THE WARRANTY
Within the warranty period, Empstorm may, at its sole discretion:
All exchanged or substituted parts and products replaced under warranty service will become the property of Empstorm. Repaired or replaced Products or parts thereof will be warranted by Empstorm for the balance of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of warranty service, whichever is longer.
In the event replacement parts or a replacement product are not available for any reason at the time of the initiation of a Product Warranty claim by consumer, Empstorm may, in its sole discretion, either (i) deliver to the consumer an accommodation in the form of a reasonably similar product (an “accommodation”), or (ii) provide reimbursement. Any such accommodation or reimbursement to consumer shall be in full satisfaction of any applicable product warranty claim and of Empstorm obligation to consumer under the warranty for such applicable warranty claim. The provision of an accommodation or a reimbursement terminates any further warranty coverage for such applicable product.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
You will need to return all products to our designated warehouse in new condition along with all original packaging and materials (including any accessories or parts associated with them), and you will also need to attach a receipt or proof of purchase for the items to be returned.

2) After we have accepted your return request, we will send you the return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
3) Please be sure to submit the application to us first to avoid the situation of incorrect refund.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Defective products are products that are defective or unsafe when we first provide them to you. We strongly recommend that you test your purchased product as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything is in order. Defects usually mean that goods are manufactured using materials, components or processes below acceptable standards. It is your responsibility to prove that the product delivered to you is defective.
Please note that the following conditions are not considered defects and are affected by external factors. (We cannot get your return approved for a good reason)
1) Failure caused by normal wear;
2) Damage caused by negligence, user abuse or improper use of the product;
3) Damage caused by power surge or seawater corrosion;
4) Damage caused by inadequate maintenance of the product;
5) Damage caused by unauthorized modification of the product;
Although the specifications of the product are accurately described on the website and are generally appropriate for their intended purpose, they are not appropriate for you.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
The seller shall bear the cost of shipping the wrong/damaged goods. Refusing to accept the package will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.
FEES AND REFUNDS
If you return a defective product to us and you fail to return all accessories and parts sold with the product, we reserve the right (in accordance with applicable law) to refuse to return the product or only to replace the item you do return; Or estimate the value of missing accessories and parts and refund you only for returned items.
Please note: We will only refund the payment method you originally used, i.e. credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card and instant electronic transfer payments will be refunded to your designated bank account.
If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable for the cost of Empstorm receiving the product from you and the cost of returning the product to you.
